Delete Your Floofly Account

Floofly accounts can only be deleted from within the Floofly mobile app on iOS or Android. We do not offer account deletion through the floofly.pet website.

Account deletion is permanent. Once confirmed, your account and associated data cannot be recovered.

1. Open the Floofly app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

4. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

When you delete your Floofly account:

• Your profile and login credentials are permanently removed.
• Pet care logs, reminders, notes, and other data linked to your account are deleted.
• You are removed from any shared households you belong to.
• If you own a shared household, deletion may remove the household or require another member to take ownership first, depending on your app settings.

If you have an active Floofly subscription, cancel it through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your Floofly account does not automatically cancel app store subscriptions.
