By downloading, installing, or using the Floofly mobile app for iOS or Android, or by accessing floofly.pet, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access Floofly.

Floofly provides mobile apps for iOS and Android that help households and caregivers track feedings, medications, routines, and related notes. Our website at floofly.pet also offers educational content and free pet care tools.

Floofly is not a veterinary service. Content on our site and in our app is for general informational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions about your pet.

To use certain app features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Floofly. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to:

• Use Floofly for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Upload malware, spam, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape, copy, or resell Floofly content or data without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Interfere with the normal operation or security of the service

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or created risk for other users or the service.

If you invite others to a shared household, you control what pet information they can access. You are responsible for managing invitations and removing access when appropriate. Do not share login credentials with people you do not trust with your pet's care information.

Calculators, checklists, guides, blog posts, templates, and other resources on floofly.pet are provided for general educational use. Results and recommendations are estimates or suggestions, not professional advice. You use them at your own discretion.

Floofly and its content, branding, software, and design are owned by Floofly or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials except as allowed by these terms or with our written permission.

You retain ownership of the pet care information you enter. You grant Floofly a limited license to host, process, and display that information solely to operate the service for you and people you authorize.

Some Floofly features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google according to the plan you select at the time of purchase. Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown in the app and in the relevant app store before you subscribe.

You can manage, cancel, or request refunds for subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, subject to Apple and Google policies. Floofly does not process in-app subscription payments directly.

Floofly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floofly and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Floofly in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid anything.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Floofly from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Floofly at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Floofly operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
